  • Delays due to courier companies, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

At 2square, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items are non-returnable.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain categories (like innerwear, accessories, or custom-made products) may not be returnable.

Return Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
