Shipping Charges

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At 2square, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale/discounted items are non-returnable.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories (like innerwear, accessories, or custom-made products) may not be returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
